- we are based in India and since our service is on a virtual platform all the appointments will be carried on as per Indian standard time.

- You only pay when your service slot is confirmed from our side.

- Once booking is done it can't be cancelled. No refund will be provided.

- In case for some reason you want to reschedule your appointment it can be done with no extra cost.

- Slots timings will be as per the availability of the therapist.
